In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the end-to-end program management of the deployment, implementation and launch of the strategic programs and processes that make up some of Amazon's most innovative logistics initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): · Ensure that you and the Team remain customer obsessed · Ensure that you and the Team take end-to-end ownership of the expanded last mile program and operation · Strategic and tactical leadership of last mile initiatives · Cross functional coordination and task tracking · Communications across various participants to ensure alignment of goals and tasks to guarantee the overall success of the programs · Strategic planning and forecasting to appraise performance and problem resolution · Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously · Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs; we work fast and hard · Management and execution of cross-functional projects or components of large programs including data gathering, manipulation and analysis, forward looking supply chain approaches and communication of insights & recommendations · Creating and implementing improvements to our transportation network that deliver flexible and efficient products on behalf of our customers · Deployment to various geographies within Mexico in order to launch the most innovative delivery solutions. · External partners negotiation and development skills aligned with AMZL principles. · Compliance and internal controls mindset to make sure that external partners are aligned to our requirements. · Cost wise thinking process to deliver packages with an optimal cost.
