Job DescriptionPlanning extensive, complex responsibilities within the context of the further development of logistics concepts in collaboration with internal/external departments.Observing, analyzing, and evaluating innovative logistics processes on the market and derive optimal solutions for his/her own area.Building up and supporting new service providers and prepare decisions on acceptance as a new service provider.Analyzing existing logistics processes and formulating alternative possible solutions. Performing cost-effectiveness analyses and cost comparisons. Evaluating results and formulate proposals for the introduction phase.Preparing decisions with the affected departments. Holistically planning the implementation and coordinate with internal/external departments.Monitoring the introduction phase and coordinate internal/external departments.Checking the interim results and suggesting, clarifying, and implement corrective actions. Documenting the implementation.Supporting and training the affected departments as part of the conversion. QualificationsHas experience in quality-related processes in the warehouse from stock blockages, regulating return to healthy stocks, FMEAHas experience as a gatekeeper for one of the most audit-prone areas that carries cash-out risk: ScrappingExpert knowledge in regulatory HSE and dangerous good standards.Expert knowledge in deploying shopfloor standards to the Logistics Service Provider (LSP) like 6S, waste management, performance management, process maturity etc.
