Logistics Plant Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Logistics Plant Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at the Bouzonville site, responsible for overseeing all logistics activities while optimizing costs and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will join a team committed to performance and continuous improvement, where collaboration and expertise are highly valued.

Lead the plant logistics department and drive daily operations Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities with production and support functions Ensure compliance with customer requirements and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Lead logistics projects and coordinate interfaces with the Group

 

Your Profile as a Logistics Plant Manager (m/f/d):

General engineering degree (or equivalent) or a master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field  Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role  Strong team leadership, solid knowledge of automotive quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949), Lean Manufacturing and structured problem-solving (8D/PDCA), and proven project management capabilities Experience in SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft 365 Fluent English and French language skills
