Airswift is seeking a Logistics Operator / Sling Controller to join our client’s team (O&G Equipment & Services company) in Suriname.

This position will play a key role in performing loading and unloading operations, controlling stock in the yard, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Control pipe stock in the yard and prepare loads with wooden separators. Perform truck loading and unloading activities safely and efficiently. Update tracking systems and maintain accurate records. Issue packing lists and certificates for pipe dispatches. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies. Maintain product quality and report deviations. Suggest improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Keep the workplace clean and organized. Requirements Technical degree or bachelor’s in industrial areas (Mechanics, Hydraulics). Technical training or certifications in drilling operations preferred. 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. Ability to perform thorough visual inspections. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills, especially in inventory control. Flexibility to work shifts and/or overtime as needed.
