Joining Grenade’s high-performing team, during this period of growth and brand expansion, promises to offer a unique and motivating working environment, with highly rewarding opportunities for personal and professional development. **How you will contribute** + Manage UK/BV Logistics Operations, UK/BV Copacking, ecommerce operations. + Manage the overall budget and costs, as well as driving productivity benefits. + Drive better cost to serve, service levels and inventory excellence. + Process simplification, effective collaboration across functions & ensuring we leverage any CI technological advancements. + Ensure we implement robust reporting and analytics Work with Head of Ops to implement robust KPI reporting/targets.
