Context
In a context of rapid European expansion, a growing premium cosmetics company is looking for a hands-on Logistics & Operations Coordinator to stabilize and drive the performance of its external logistics operations.
This role is part of a small, entrepreneurial structure, where resources are limited, decisions are fast, and impact is immediate.
There is no internal warehouse, no dedicated operations team on site — you will play a central role in ensuring that operations run smoothly on a daily basis.

Our client is an independent, fast-growing player in the premium cosmetics sector, expanding across several European markets (France, Benelux, Germany, UK).
The organization remains lean and agile, relying entirely on external logistics partners (3PL and transport providers).
This creates a dynamic but demanding environment where ownership, adaptability, and execution discipline are critical.
Your Role
You will act as the local operational point of contact, ensuring the reliability of order fulfilment and the quality of execution across external partners.
This is not a formal managerial role, but it requires a strong level of autonomy, ownership, and the ability to influence partners without direct authority.
You will operate in a low-structure environment, where priorities evolve quickly and where hands-on involvement is part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
Order Execution & Monitoring
Manage B2B orders from validation to delivery Monitor delivery performance and anticipate issues Perform daily order entry and updates in WooCommerce and WMS systems Oversee B2C order preparation at warehouse level (quality & brand standards)External Logistics Coordination (Core)
Act as the main contact for 3PL and transport providers Ensure execution discipline (timelines, accuracy, packaging) Maintain regular operational follow-up (calls, emails, on-site visits)Issue Resolution
Handle delivery issues (delays, damages, errors) Investigate root causes and drive corrective actionsOn-site Presence
Visit warehouse regularly (1–2 times per week) Ensure alignment and proper execution on the groundDocumentation & Compliance
Validate key logistics documents (invoices, packing lists, transport docs) Ensure consistency across systems Support basic cross-border/VAT topicsContinuous Improvement
Identify recurring issues and implement pragmatic improvements Improve coordination between internal stakeholders and partners
Your Profile
Experience
3–6 years in logistics, operations, or coordination roles Experience working with external service providers (3PL, transport) Exposure to B2B distribution flowsSkills
Solid understanding of order fulfilment processes Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Experience with ERP / WMS systems (WooCommerce is a plus)Languages
