**Position:** Logistics & Operations Associate II **Job Description:** Arrow Electronics is currently seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Logistics & Operations Associate to join our team. In this role you will be expected to demonstrate excellence in key areas, including, quality, precision, collaboration, and reliability **What You’ll Be Doing:** + Provides solutions on procedures and issues regarding inventory control, ensures legal compliance to requirements, and interacts with internal/external customer. + Independently identifies root causes and resolves issues pertaining to financial impact to Logistics and Value-Add facilities. + Gives direction and provides solutions regarding inventory discrepancies and reports. + Creates written procedures and policies to comply with internal and external customer requirements pertaining to processes. + Acts as a consultant to project leaders to implement new or transferred business as an expert in inventory software systems and compliance knowledge. + Other duties as assigned. **What We Are Looking For:** + Requires a 2 year degree and 3–5 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience. + The candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Office tools, Excel in particular. + Experience with inventory control. + Ability to identify a problem and provide solutions. + Experience interacting with both internal and external customers. + Is able to complete work with a limited degree of supervision. + Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is a plus. **What’s In It For You:** At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
