You will execute warehouse operations in term of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. You will also work collaboratively with key internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. You will also be responsible for activities such as inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interfaces monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support, third-party performance management, pallets management.

How you will contribute

You will:

Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system based on available information among stakeholders. Analyze and verify capacity utilization, performance and KPI monitoring, and introduce corrective measures in case of missing KPIs and the need to reduce additional capacityWork with our service providers to ensure the delivery of our trading partners in terms of punctuality and completeness, taking into account quality and HACCP guidelinesMonitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life monitoring and management, supports reduction of write offs and constantly looks for opportunities to improve productivitiesConduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, in particular in connection with continuous improvement projects and tenders and peak managementBuild and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunities

Posición Propósito

Responsable del seguimiento de etiquetado y maquila. Conocer el proceso E2E de Mondelez Logistics, buscar excelencia y agilidad en la ejecución para garantizar los mejores niveles de servicio y al mejor costo posible, así como la calidad y la seguridad alimentaria. Este puesto también es responsable de buscar la mejora continua y las productividades necesarias, en colaboración con los socios logísticos (3PL) para apoyar el crecimiento del negocio y garantizar la integridad.

Responsabilidades principales:

Gestionar proceso de etiquetado de nuevos productos.Revisión avance etiquetado diario y mensual.Dar seguimiento al IBP y cuota de etiquetado.Responsable de los procesos de facturación, garantizar el reconocimiento de ingresos mediante facturación, corte, logística inversa.Desarrollar automatización de reportes.Seguimiento de nuevos proyectos.Apoyar y garantizar la agenda de seguridad (HSE) en el almacén.Gestionar una agenda de colaboración estratégica con operadores logísticos.Garantizar la integridad del negocio a través del cumplimiento de las políticas y procesos de auditoría.Dar soporte al equipo logístico en los diferentes procesos, tanto inbound como outbound

Calificaciones:

Conocimiento académico: Título universitario en Ingenieria Comercial, Ingenieria Civil Industrial.Experiencia laboral: 0 a 2 años, con conocimiento y/o interés en:Cadena de suministro.Gestión de operadores logísticos y / o almacenes.Servicio al Cliente.

Habilidades

Conocimiento de la cadena de suministro.Buena comunicación.Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.Capacidad Analítica.Manejo del cambio, presión.Excel intermedio.Manejo en SAP.Power BI (indispensable)Inglés (Deseable).
