LOGISTICS:

Analyze and optimize logistical procedures.Monitor quality, quantity, delivery terms, and freight transport costsServes as point of contact for Freight Forwarders and Clients.Negotiate rates with 3PL providersRecommend optimal transport modes, routes or frequencyEnsure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product deliveryReview impact of logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or carriers and report results to others.Monitor ETD / ETA of shipments (Sea/Air) and report deviations.Notify and report GRN quantities arrival at DME warehouseSupervise handling in and handling out of Containers at DME warehouse.Manage Local Stock Inventory and Reconcile with Third Party Service provider and WarehouseArrange deliveries for local stock orders to customers in UAE mainland and Overseas by Air, Sea and Land FreightOrganize and manage inventory, storage, and transportation.Review and prepare route shipping documentsEnsure shipping documents compliance with purchase order and letter of credit or procedures for product delivery.Ensure safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports, exports or/and customer issues

SALES ADMIN:

Provide administrative support to the sales team (Quotation/Technical Submittals/Marketing)Assist with order processing, invoicing, and customer inquiries.Manage and maintain sales order records and documentation.Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Support sales reporting and marketing activities. (Sales Presentations)

Requirements
