Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated **Logistics Manager** to join our **Operations** team. In this role, you will be responsible for **overseeing all quality assurance, compliance, and audit functions within shipping and distribution operations** . You will ensure strict adherence to corporate policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards to maintain shipment accuracy and secure chain-of-custody control. **What You’ll Do** **In this role, you will:** + **Lead and manage all quality and compliance functions** related to shipping operations, including order preparation and final shipment verification, to ensure high-quality deliverables. + **Collaborate with warehouse and operations leaders** to monitor KPIs, such as error rates and audit findings, to drive continuous improvement in service levels. + **Ensure strict compliance with organizational standards and industry-specific regulations** by developing audit programs and implementing corrective actions. **What You’ll Bring** **The ideal candidate will have:** + **5+ years of experience in imaging or distribution operations** , with at least 2 years in a leadership or quality management role. + **Strong knowledge of formal quality assurance frameworks** and secure document handling procedures. + **Proven ability in root cause analysis and stakeholder management** to prevent recurring shipment discrepancies. + **Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field** (or equivalent experience). **What We Offer (Benefits)** + Location: 8600 Harry Hines Blvd, Dallas, TX + FULL BENEFITS – 1st Day of Employment + Schedule: Monday-Friday + Competitive Pay with Annual Merit Increases + Paid Vacation + 7 Paid Holidays + Sick Pay + 401(k) with company match & Employee Stock Purchase Program + Tuition Reimbursement + Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans. + Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth. + Must be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
