Job Description Own and manage parcel operations; collaborate with Karen (back of house) and Caitlin (front of house) Oversee SF9 mail room operations: cataloging, documenting intake (currently using Google Docs) Build and manage relationships with UPS, DHL, FedEx; develop parcel program to reduce costs and optimize vendor selection Handle shipping requests across all offices, including hazardous materials (e.g., batteries), laptop shipments, and general logistics Create a scalable, global shipping program to reduce pressure on London operations Develop SOPs and logistics workflows; suggest systems for mail documentation and tracking We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
