Logistics Manager

Location: Mexico City: Office Base

Position Summary

Responsible for managing warehouse operations, coordinating teams, monitoring KPIs and costs, and ensuring compliance with operational and continuous improvement processes.

Daily ResponsibilitiesOversee warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, and material preparationUse spreadsheets to analyze and interpret dataResolve issues and escalations related to warehouse operations and supportDrive warehouse activities aligned with revenue plansSupervise cycle count accuracy and implement necessary improvementsLead and manage warehouse teams effectivelyCommunicate clearly and professionally across departmentsOrganize, plan, and manage time efficientlyWork with systems such as Oracle (preferred) or similar platformsAnalyze data to support decision-makingBasic Requirements

Education: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fieldFluent English (Conversatinal)Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OutlookSkills in planning, project management, and logisticsProven experience leading teams and managing warehouse operations
