The Opportunity:
As a Unit Level Intelligence (ULI) Logistics Manager you will have the opportunity to define processes and orchestrate actions to ensure procured Hardware/Software/Services associated with the ULI Toolkit are acquired, tracked, moved and stored efficiently. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain management process. You will also manage the inventory of products stored within the warehouse, collaborating closely with vendors and project manager.


Responsibilities:

Acquire/purchase new equipment, systems, and services and support hardware components of the ULI systems at various locations with software applicationsUse office automation tools and complex databases to plan and execute plans, projects, and documentationProvide clear, concise, and accurate communications, both verbally and in writing. Strong interpersonal skills requiredCreate Status Reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing logistics information and trendsMaintain Continuity documentation in a knowledge management library or databaseCoordinate delivery of hardware and software components to each site based on agreed upon release frequencyDistribute, manage, track, and account for all hardware and software in accordance with licensing and maintenance agreementsDevelop and implement an asset management strategy and plan to manage inventory items throughout the lifecycle, from acquisition to disposition ​



Qualifications:

Required: 

Active DOD Top Secret/SCI security clearance.Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience2-5 years of work experience in a related field o Logistics and supply chain management principal knowledge understanding acquisition, shipment, and delivery of equipmentStrong customer service and time management skills o Excellent communication and problem-solving skills o Creative thinking skill



Desired:

Understanding of relevant logistics regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements is beneficialIndustry certifications from the International Society of Logistics (SOLE) and the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS)

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$58,500 - $122,800
