Logistics Lead
Description Role description: We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Logistics Lead to own the end‑to‑end inventory lifecycle across our retail network. This role serves as the central connector between warehouses, retail locations, and technology teams. You will manage daily inventory execution and order fulfillment while also driving improvements in our logistics systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Day to Day: 1. Inventory Management & Procurement: End-to-End Inventory Oversight: Ensure inventory accuracy across all supply chain nodes, from distribution centers to retail back‑of‑house. Replenishment Management: Analyze sales trends and stock levels to place timely replenishment orders, preventing stockouts and avoiding excess inventory. Demand Planning: Partner with Merchandising and Sales to forecast needs driven by seasonality, promotions, and new product launches. Non-Consumable Product Support: Manage demo/display units, new‑store opening kits, and operational supplies. 2. Fulfillment & Transaction Support: Order Lifecycle Management: Monitor daily order flow to ensure transactions process correctly and meet fulfillment SLAs. Exception Resolution: Act as the primary escalation point for shipping delays, transaction discrepancies, or receiving issues; work with 3PL partners and internal warehouses to resolve problems quickly. Performance Tracking: Report on key logistics KPIs, including OTIF (On‑Time‑In‑Full), processing speed, and fulfillment accuracy. 3. Systems Optimization & Process Improvement: Systems Super User: Serve as the go‑to expert for our Inventory Management System (IMS) and ERP. Identify bugs, inefficiencies, and feature gaps; collaborate with Tech/Product to define requirements for enhancements. Testing & Rollout: Lead UAT for new logistics tools and features before organization‑wide deployment. Documentation: Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency across physical and digital inventory processes. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
