Logistics Lead

C.H. Robinson seeks a Logistics Lead to join our Robinson Managed Solutions (RMS) 4PL division in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

Ensure all arrangements are in place to execute shipments within the designated area of responsibilityMentor and support logistics peers, and facilitate cross‑training by sharing expertise and best practicesCreate, document, and maintain standard operating processes, applying the enterprise project‑based delivery model in day‑to‑day workManage complex exceptions, lead structured problem solving, and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrenceMeet operational targets within the assigned region, transportation mode, business unit, or customer accountServe as the primary point of contact for customers, carriers, and vendors, leading calls, meetings, and system trainings, and addressing concerns promptlyUtilize analytical methods and data insights to identify issues, diagnose root causes, and propose effective solutionsBuild and present intermediate to complex business cases that show how customers can achieve return on investmentCollaborate with internal service teams to execute strategies that align with customer objectives and company business goalsLead operations‑focused continuous improvement projects using the enterprise project‑based delivery model, and direct team efforts to reconcile daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reportsRequired Qualifications:High School Diploma and/or GEDMinimum 6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or LogisticsMinimum 3 years of prior experience working with and troubleshooting information systemsFluency in EnglishAbility to work flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requested

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universityDemonstrated proactivity with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experience; Composed and poised in customer‑centric settingsProficient in Microsoft Office programsPrior experience creating and delivering presentations to senior‑level managementSkilled at gathering, translating, and acting on customer feedbackExperience directing the activities of a small work groupDemonstrated strengths in adaptability, critical thinking, data analysis, and efficient, accurate problem solvingProven track record identifying patterns in operations and dataProject management experience across varied project sizesDemonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, including identifying inefficiencies and implementing process enhancementsAbility to motivate others, encourage change, and drive positive results in a fast‑paced, large, and dispersed organizationValues and supports a diverse, inclusive work environment
