Responsibilities
Logistics & Delivery Management Responsible for overseeing the logistics transportation of wind power equipment and energy storage equipment projects. Dynamically plan transportation capacity resources, monitor overall project delivery progress nationwide, coordinate resolution of major issues, and ensure accurate and timely delivery. Transportation Quality & Safety Assurance Guide team members in identifying and managing transportation risks, implementing preventive measures to ensure transportation quality and safety. Participate in the investigation and analysis of transportation incidents, guiding the development of scientific and reasonable corrective measures. Continuous Logistics Cost Optimization Guide and organize tiered project management, implement lean operations, and optimize logistics resource allocation. Responsible for controlling logistics costs and consistently achieving cost reduction targets. Logistics Carrier Management Participate in carrier qualification assessment, provide professional input for logistics procurement, assist in optimizing the carrier portfolio, and enhance carrier service capabilities. Talent Development & Training Establish a departmental skill matrix and career development pathways, assisting  employees in creating individual development plans. Provide appropriate management and skills training for departmental staff. Offer career development opportunities for team leaders and key employees, such as training programs, project assignments, and job rotations.


Requirement Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Engineering, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field At least 10 years of relevant industry experience, with a minimum of 5 years in management roles. Experience in project management, logistics transportation, and process optimization is preferred. Familiar with oversized logistics transportation processes and wind turbine product structures. Strong supplier management skills, logical thinking ability, and cost-conscious mindset. Excellent team leadership, strong sense of responsibility, and outstanding communication skills.
