Summary of the Position:
The Logistics Executive is responsible for reviewing and signing on custom declaration, pricing correspondent, manage logistic partners for on-time in full delivery, and distributor logistic team to make sure high customer satisfaction from distributors.
Job Responsibilities
You will prepare, review and sign shipping/import documents for customs clearance and ensure it is correct and complete. Submit custom declaration in the e-system, push for payment and manage 3PL to ensure shipments are cleared on time and minimize any detention/demurrage charges You will work with stakeholders for the prompt to ensure accurate billing and sales recognition You will manage 3PL performance on cost and service You will be responsible Back up custom correspondence from 3PL You will be responsible for the sell in forecast report to LT and Sales/Marketing, and monitor sales order processing and send to GBS teamRequirements:
You must have a Bachelor’s degree in in any business related course You must have at least 2 years of working experience in supply chain or logistics or freight forwarding You must have experience in customs clearance and 3PL management You must be knowledgeable in SAP You must have very good verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese languages You must have good knowledge of computer management and applicationGoodyear is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
