Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Job Description

The Data Entry Specialist will access and update data within the SAI ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The role involves reviewing, updating, and cleaning up existing rate structures, collaborating with the Transportation team to validate data changes, and resolving discrepancies. The specialist will maintain documentation of updates and adhere to established data governance standards, while identifying and reporting inconsistencies or issues for corrective action. Additional support on transportation initiatives within SAI will also be provided.

Responsibilities

Access and update data within the SAI ERP system.Review, update, and clean up existing rate structures to ensure accuracy and compliance.Collaborate closely with the Transportation team to validate data changes and resolve discrepancies.Maintain documentation of updates and follow established data governance standards.Identify and report any inconsistencies or issues in rate structures for corrective action.Provide additional support on transportation initiatives within SAI.

Essential Skills

Data entryClerical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel1+ years of professional experience, preferably in supply chainStrong data entry skills

Work Environment

This position requires working onsite in Morristown five days a week. The role will involve reporting into the designated supervisor.

This is a Contract position based out of Morristown, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
