Job DescriptionEnsure smooth and timely freight flowEnsure accurate and timely data entry into our operational systemTrack and Trace Transcon files and reportingEnsure accurate and timely client and vendor billingEnsure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicableInteract with customers in arranging their shipments to meet customers’ service standardsContribute and maintain good relationships with suppliersAlways meet complianceNetwork communications, timely responses to emails and requestsMeet KPI standards in accordance with Company policyUnderstand customers procedures and maintain updated internal DLSOPsQualifications6 months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceUnderstanding of domestic and/or international transportation a plusEffective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive resultsPro-active, strong organizational skillsExcellent computer skills (Excel, Word)Additional InformationAdditional Information
