Logistics Coordinator ( Stanwood, WA)
Job Title: Logistics CoordinatorJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to schedule, coordinate, monitor, and reconcile outside warehouse inventories to ensure billing accuracy. You will be responsible for vouchering all freight and warehouse storage invoices, as well as managing domestic and export transportation billing. This role requires close coordination with transportation vendors to maintain billing accuracy.

ResponsibilitiesSchedule, coordinate, and monitor outside warehouse inventories.Reconcile inventories to ensure billings are complete.Voucher all freight and warehouse storage invoices.Handle domestic and export transportation billing.Coordinate with transportation vendors to ensure accurate billing.Administer domestic trucking via outside carriers.Schedule drayage of export shipments.Manage transfer orders and receive transfer loads into the warehouse.Monitor shortages, damages, and other discrepancies.
Essential SkillsExperience in logistics, shipping and receiving, freight, rail, and ship logistics.Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically Infor/Adage.Strong computer skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office.Data entry and customer service experience.Inventory management skills.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with domestic and overseas shipping orders.Ability to work effectively with a small, laid-back team.
Work Environment

This position is 100% onsite with a flexible start time between 7-8 am, ending between 3:30-4:30 pm. The work environment offers a good step into the food and beverage space with a pretty laid-back and small team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stanwood, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
