Job Summary

We are seeking experienced WellView Trainers with a strong background in drilling and completions operations. This role requires a deep understanding of the WellView application and the ability to provide comprehensive training and support to both field and office personnel. Trainers will play a key role in onboarding new hires, maintaining data standards, and ensuring data quality across drilling and completions (D&C) operations.

Key Responsibilities Deliver field and office training on WellView, including support for new data standards and issue resolution. Train new hires in assigned areas and maintain training tracking spreadsheets. Provide daily training and support to Operations Technicians. Travel to LCO and other office locations to facilitate D&C training sessions. Assist with well quality control (QC), including cost tracking, phase validation, and schematic accuracy. Create and maintain WellView training documents using department templates. Perform ad-hoc data pulls and support WellView data standards initiatives. Contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized libraries, recurring cost initiatives, and quick reference guides. Assist with UDL (User Defined List) changes and ensure training materials and reports reflect updates. Collaborate with analysts to review functional requirements and identify necessary UDL modifications. Provide 24/7 WellView support, including limited IT backup responsibilities. Basic / Required Qualifications Prior experience in a related training or technical support role. Strong knowledge of drilling and completions operations. Proficiency in WellView, including report/query building and WLR audits. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High initiative and commitment to improving business outcomes. Willingness to work rotating shifts and be available for call-outs. Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments. Strong computer skills and ability to create professional training documentation. Preferred Certifications
