Description 📦 Logistics Coordinator – Onsite Support at Large Mail Facility Location: Los Angeles, CA Schedule: Tuesday through Sunday, 10PM-6AM OR Tuesday through Sunday, 2AM-10AM Compensation: $25/hr Schedule: Full-time | 100% Onsite | Long-Term Opportunity We’re hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support operations at a high-volume mail facility in Los Angeles. This is a hands-on, on-site role where you’ll act as the liaison between internal teams, drivers, and the client—ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics and delivering top-tier service and support. If you have a solid logistics or warehouse background, can take initiative with minimal oversight, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this could be the perfect fit. 🔧 What You’ll Do: + Build and maintain strong daily working relationships with client personnel at the mail facility + Act as the primary onsite contact for resolving logistics and service-related issues + Oversee driver safety checks and ensure all trailer audits, inspections, and inventory tasks are completed accurately + Facilitate weekly performance check-ins with on-site leadership + Engage with drivers to support on-time delivery and quickly resolve delays or issues + Coordinate pick-ups between drivers and expeditors when needed + Monitor outbound schedules to ensure timely loading and departure + Track carrier performance and manage shipment execution (pickup/delivery schedules, track & trace, etc.) + Maintain accurate records in internal TMS and communicate updates to internal sales teams + Work closely with sales reps to ensure high-quality service and account health Requirements ✅ What You Bring: + High school diploma or equivalent + Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations + Exceptional reliability, organization, and attention to detail + Strong multitasking and time management skills in high-pressure settings + Ability to work independently while communicating effectively across teams + Willingness to engage directly with drivers and facility staff This is a great opportunity to be a key player at a major logistics site, where your work directly impacts performance and delivery success.
