Our client, a dynamic player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator with experience in exports to join their team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be part of the Sales Support team, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations.

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator (Exports) 

Location: Agoura Hills, CA

Starting Payrate: $22+ increase depending on experience 

Shift: Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

Process international sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in data entry. Prepare and review required documentation such as duty drawbacks and customs clearances for international shipments to ensure compliance with regulations. Serve as a primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries and enhancing customer satisfaction. Assist in coordinating shipments and tracking deliveries for timely product arrival. Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM systems and assist in market analyses.

What's Needed?

Familiarity with international shipping processes and export documentation such as duty drawbacks and custom clearance forms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
