Logistics Coordinator
Job Title: Logistics Coordinator What You’ll DoManage and complete freight documentation requests (bills of lading, delivery tickets, etc.) for internal teamsEnsure timely and accurate delivery confirmations from drivers and third-party carriersCommunicate with drivers and carriers via phone, email, and text to drive data accuracy and complianceProvide frontline support for logistics applications; troubleshoot issues and escalate when neededAssist with order entry and updates in internal systems and dispatch platforms (including TRIPS)Review and validate system data for completeness, accuracy, and complianceMonitor trends in documentation and data entry errors; help identify opportunities for improvementGenerate and analyze reports related to carrier performance, delivery timelines, and data qualityPartner with leadership and IT to support system updates, enhancements, and process improvementsParticipate in projects aimed at improving efficiency and operational workflowsWhat We’re Looking For1+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or customer supportStrong attention to detail and high level of data accuracyExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working with logistics systems, data entry, and reporting toolsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and TeamsCustomer-focused mindset with a collaborative approachNice to HaveBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fieldExperience with dispatch or transportation systems.Familiarity with freight documentation and logistics processesExperience analyzing reports and performance metricsBackground in trucking, fuel, or transportation industriesWhy Join UsHigh-impact role supporting critical freight operationsOpportunity to work cross-functionally with internal teams and carriersExposure to system improvements and operational strategyFast-moving hiring process with virtual interviewsJob Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Knoxville, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
