We are seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily shipping and receiving operations. In this role, you will operate shipping and receiving scales, process transactions, and ensure accurate documentation for the movement of hazardous materials. This position is currently assigned to the 7:30 AM–4:00 PM shift, with flexibility and the potential to transition to other shifts as operational needs evolve.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with freight carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal departments to support logistics operationsOperate shipping and receiving scales and ensure accurate transaction processingEnter shipping and receiving data into Dynamics NAVScan and index Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and front‑office documents using LaserfichePerform data entry, label creation, filing, scheduling, and professional email communicationProcess broker and carrier bills and match them to invoices for paymentManage incoming and outgoing mail and packagesParticipate in meetings, Microsoft Teams calls, and training sessionsProvide clerical and administrative support for special projects as neededMaintain compliance with DOT, RCRA, and hazardous waste manifest requirements (training provided)Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent1–2+ years of customer service experience (office, logistics, or industrial environment preferred)Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and ExcelExperience working with an ERP systemExcellent communication skills with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to changing prioritiesComfortable working in a structured, high‑volume administrative environmentAbility to work effectively under pressurePreferred QualificationsExperience with scale operations, shipping/receiving, logistics, or manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with Dynamics NAV and LaserficheWork Environment & Career GrowthThis is a 100% onsite position, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.50/hr.
