Job Title: Delivery and Rental Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Delivery and Rental Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing delivery schedules, maintaining records for rental and used equipment, and ensuring seamless communication with customers and various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities
Maintain the delivery schedule and handle routine scheduling activities.Ensure accurate inventory records by maintaining documentation within the department and with other departments.Maintain D.O.T. files.Collaborate with the Rental/Used Equipment Manager in all areas of delivery and transportation.Maintain rental files and produce purchase orders and equipment records.Produce contracts, handle billing and credits, and assist Accounts Receivable with collections when requested.Review daily invoice run and invoice review report.Track equipment attachments and produce various rental reports for management.Receive customer calls and work with the Rental/Used Equipment Manager to evaluate and fulfill customer equipment requirements.Maintain used equipment files, produce purchase orders, and handle billing and credits.Assist Accounts Receivable with collections when requested and produce various used equipment reports for management.Essential Skills
Strong administrative skills, organized, detail-oriented, and good with numbers.Proficiency in spreadsheet and PC software, particularly Excel and Word.Good communication skills both orally and in writing, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and all levels of employees.Ability to articulate problems and present solutions effectively.Understanding of internal accounting processes.Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks, interruptions, and changing priorities.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Flexibility to adjust work responsibilities as the job evolves.Product knowledge or the aptitude to learn the product in a timely manner.Physical requirements include sitting, standing, reaching, bending, twisting, stretching, and occasionally lifting 25-40 lbs.Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm onsite. Despite being part of a large parent company, the team has a family feel and a close-knit culture. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
