How You’ll Make an ImpactAs part of our global logistics team, your work will directly support clinical trials by ensuring investigational products are delivered on time, compliant, and fit for purpose. Every shipment you manage helps our customers bring vital therapies closer to patients.
Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader, you’ll work closely with internal teams, external clients, and courier partners to deliver seamless, cost-effective logistics solutions.
What You’ll Be DoingManage import and export processes, including customs documentation and clearance instructions
Prepare and issue all required shipping and export documentation
Accurately enter shipment data into courier ERP systems to ensure smooth collections and deliveries
Maintain compliant filing of shipment documentation to support AEO status
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external logistics enquiries
Track and follow up pro-forma invoices to meet service level agreements
Apply for Certificates of Origin and manage Controlled Drug Licence applications
Liaise daily with couriers to secure optimal shipping solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely order completion
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-training activities
Apply Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles in all areas of responsibility
Support delivery of Right First Time (RFT) and On-Time In-Full (OTIF) metrics

Preferred ExperienceKnowledge of GMP requirements and experience in a GMP-regulated environment
Experience in an operational or logistics environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong planning and organisational skills
Ability to coach, guide, and mentor colleagues
Familiarity with general administration and compliance documentation
