**Duration: 12 months Contract** **Job Description:** + We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics and Order Fulfilment Specialist to manage the end-to-end shipment process for both physical and software products. + This role involves processing shipments from virtual factories and physical sites, coordinating with international partners, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation. + The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot logistical issues and ensure customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** + Shipment Management: + Process all virtual factory shipments in alignment with partner feedback and order requirements. + Oversee and manage shipments from manufacturing factories to end customers, ensuring on-time delivery and accuracy. + Documentation & Compliance: + Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, and all necessary documents required for international shipments. + Ensure all documentation complies with international trade laws, export regulations, and company policies. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global trade compliance standards and regulations. + Logistics Coordination: + Coordinate carrier pickups with international partners and ensure timely dispatch of shipments. + Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers as needed. + Customer Communication & Order Processing: + Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding order statuses, shipment tracking, and issue resolution. + Accurately process software orders and maintain records in relevant systems (e.g., ERP, CRM). + Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement: + Proactively identify and troubleshoot logistics and order fulfillment issues. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping or documentation errors. + Recommend process improvements to optimize shipping efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Experience:** + Proven experience in logistics, international shipping, or order fulfillment (2–5 years preferred). + Strong understanding of international shipping practices, including INCOTERMS and trade compliance. + Familiarity with creating commercial invoices and customs documentation. + Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. + Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for internal coordination and external customer support. + Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.). + Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. + Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. **Skills:** + Experience working with global teams or partners. + Knowledge of logistics practices, documentation, and tools commonly used in international shipping. + Certification in supply chain or trade compliance (e.g., CSCP, CILT, or similar) is a plus. **Education:** + High school diploma **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
