Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator with a solid background in logistics or a related field. The ideal candidate will have expertise in reading a bill of lading (BOL) and be proficient in EDI Software and the Microsoft Suite. SAP experience is a must for this role.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and manage logistics operations efficiently.
+ Ensure accurate and timely processing of bill of ladings (BOL).
+ Utilize EDI Software and Microsoft Suite for daily operations.
+ Leverage SAP for supply chain management and invoicing tasks.
+ Provide excellent customer service in logistics and transportation.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in logistics or a related field.
+ Strong understanding and experience with bill of lading (BOL).
+ Proficiency in EDI Software and Microsoft Suite.
+ SAP experience is required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with supply chain management.
+ Experience in freight forwarding and transportation.
Work Environment
We offer a flexible start and end time as long as an eight-hour workday is maintained. We provide a laptop, monitor, and all necessary equipment. The system used is SAP, transitioning from a previously Oracle-based system, offering clear training and support from a superuser if needed. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a team lead position.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilmington, Delaware.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
