This position will be responsible for inventory control of production and Stock Transfers Orders (STO), Less Than Full Truckloads (LTL), along with tracking, and payment of all goods and services within the Avery Warehouse Department. This will include the accurate receiving of Raw Materials. They will assist in the shipping and receiving of the finished goods as required for the end customers. This position will help with Logistics Scheduling. This position is also required to lead the department in the Training and Usage of Avery Warehouse Management system & SAP. • Daily production inventory cycle count to ensure inventory accuracy. • Daily production put away location selection, communication, and monitoring • Receive all inbound finished goods Stock Transfer Orders Less than full Truckloads & confirming quantities. • Track and communicate shipping errors to Warehouse Supervisor • Manage Shelf-Life Inventory and GR Tracking • Manage Shipping Lanes in Manhattan • TMS truck appointment scheduling • Hold Log adherence and Quality communication • Truck count verification and communication • Prepare, track and ship all LTL and Small Parcel. •Conduct physical inventories •Research and approve as necessary all Salesforce cases and shipping errors- •Backup Other Logistics Roles as needed- Requirements What do you bring? • High School diploma or GED is required (an Associate’s Degree in a business discipline is preferred) • At least three years of experience in a logistics role in a fast-paced manufacturing facility • Strong in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. • Familiarity with MRP systems preferably SAP. • No travel requirements Through the responsible development of innovative and sustainable building products,-CertainTeed, headquartered in Malvern, Pennsylvania, has helped shape the building products industry for more than 110 years.
