Job Description
Insight Global is looking for two (2) Logistics Coordinators to join a multinational retail company hybrid in Toronto or Vancouver. This person will be responsible for supporting the freight audit and pay processes for inbound logistics. This is a vital role responsible for reviewing, analysing, and resolving invoicing exceptions to ensure accurate Inbound Logistics Spend and timely payment to our Logistics Service Providers (LSPs). Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Running invoice reporting and route cause analysis
Lead communications with LSPs to enable timely resolution of invoicing disputes
Develop Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions for LSPs to empower accurate invoicing
Providing internal status updates across the inbound logistics team and leadership
Processing payments and adjustments outside of the standard freight audit tool

Skills and Requirements
3+ years relevant experience in Inbound Logistics processing data and coordinating with stakeholders (logistic provider management, freight audit and pay, logistic provider performance, moving freight, freight origin, freight spend, etc.)
An understanding and practical knowledge of retail environment and transportation modelling
Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills to work with financial models and build presentations
Strong financial and business acumen with analytical skills to provide insights on rates, accrual, spend etc.
Communication skills to work with both external and internal stakeholders
Thrive in fast paced environment, independent worker, great interpersonal skills Experience coordinating with external providers/customers
BA/BS in related field - Business, Supply Chain, Analytics
Freight audit experience
Invoice audit experience
Spend analytics and/or cost-driver reporting experience
Apparel, footwear or accessories experience null
