Description Robert Half is currently partnering with a dynamic and growing company to hire a detail-driven Logistics Coordinator. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and experience in supply chain or logistics operations. About the Role: The Logistics Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and timely movement of goods, materials, and inventory. You’ll be responsible for coordinating shipments, communicating with vendors and carriers, and resolving any logistical challenges that arise. Key Responsibilities: + Coordinate domestic and/or international shipments from order to delivery + Schedule pickups and deliveries, and track shipments to ensure on-time arrival + Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to manage logistics flow + Maintain accurate records of inventory movement, shipping documentation, and order details + Monitor freight costs and assist with budget tracking and reporting + Troubleshoot delivery issues and delays, providing timely solutions + Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant transportation regulations + Support warehouse or distribution center operations as needed Requirements + Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination + Strong organizational and communication skills + Proficiency with logistics software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) + Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment + Knowledge of shipping regulations and freight documentation + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
