About this Role
Our Logistics Coordinator – Inbound is responsible for managing all aspects of assuring the timely Receipt of goods from our customers, focusing heavily on, on time delivery. As a logistic coordinator of Inbound shipments, timely receipt of product is a priority to maintain credibility in the market space and reduce our opportunity for failures. Additionally, a logistic coordinator is well-versed in supply management planning, principles and practices. Responding immediately to changes in Supplier delivery schedules, discrepancies between receipts and Ampacity PO quantities or part numbers. The Logistics Coordinator – Inbound will immediately advise the SCALE team of changes in supplier shipment schedules.
Pay Range: $21-$23 per hour
What You'll Do Plan and track shipments of goods to RPCS receiving locations according to requirements Maintain accurate, real time information in our NetSuites platform regarding customer delivery schedules based on supplier delivery commitments. Immediately advise Manager of any delays in receipts and advise of any possible corrective and mitigating actions. Immediately adjust receiving information for inbounds arriving with errors for inaccurate counts, inaccurate part numbers, over shipments and short ships. Request and receive RMAS from suppliers as needed. Create inbounds, as needed, for inbounds which arrive with no notification or manifests. Drive corrective actions with suppliers. Reconcile Supplier invoices with Net Suite receipts as needed. Using trucking company data bases daily to look for trucks which are inbound without schedules. Check for BOL errors or changes for in transit trucks. Work with suppliers to close open Po’s. Support suppliers or RPCS as needed to clear payments. Master the Net Suites transactions, Searches and Reports needed to complete job assignments. Prepare accurate weekly reports for PM teams to ensure full view of Sites shipment status. Mitigate possible shipping disruptions through tracking and managing logistics from initial sales order creation to final destination. Support the PM’s with shipments needed to address customer field needs. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Analytics (preferred) 2+ years' experience in customer service or logistics management, or a combination of education and respective education. Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (Eco Track) Previous customer service experience Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Always maintain professionalism and customer service Keen on working in a fast-paced environment with multiple shipping orders to maintain simultaneously. Conflict resolution skills and solution orientated. Strong decision-making ability while working under pressure Works well with internal as well as external customers

Indoor warehouse facility with regular exposure to dust, fumes, odors, varying temperatures, and machinery noise.Fast-paced environment with heavy machinery operation including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.

Intermittent periods of continuous physical exertion including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting materials up to 50+ pounds.Ability to bend, squat, reach, push, and pull equipment throughout the facility from floor to overhead storage areas.
