WWRR includes the full complement of business, product, program, operational, data, and software engineering teams, who work together to identify and remove defects that cause returns, reinvent the return experience, and manage the lifecycle of returned, overstock, and damaged products, with the objective of throwing nothing away.
A successful candidate will be part of the Reverse Logistics Services team responsible for coordinating and leading transportation related requirements during the customer return process. We seek a candidate with a proven track record to deep dive and root cause, to influence stakeholders in a diverse environment, and ability to communicate with stakeholders on multiple levels.
This Transportation Specialist will play a role in ensuring our Transportation Operations Excellence pillars are met. This requires insisting on the highest standards and working with different stakeholders to ensure that every customer gets a consistent and delightful experience. We seek to hold partners accountable for delivering against metrics and goals set out as we seek to continuously raise the bar.
Key Responsibilities for this role:
Raise the bar on managing partners across key metrics such as transit time, losses, First day pickup success
Repeatedly chase partners on delays causing CX impact ( such as transit time sensitive shipments delivered late)
Compare 3P carriers across countries and within country for CX metrics such as Pickup success
Prioritize the right partners that will deliver maximum value to customers
Create mechanisms to track load quality and safety across carriers and RC's
Manage inventory stock across LFBF partners
