Job DescriptionProvide financial guidance in regard to Freight cost. Ensure the appropriate logistics cost allocations to the different businesses and locationsEnsures an accurate coding of invoices related to FreightParticipate in various ADHOC projects and other activities as neededInvoice Coding, processing (Unplanned Freight costs, Detention & Demurrage, Discount Tire cross-dock, Apex, Cavalier, CASS payments, Duty Fees)Creation of eDRs related to CASS, DT, Lumper Charges, etcEnsure timely payment to vendors working with APPrepare Market MLCR (Monthly Logistics Cost Review) Markis, FIRE and SCORE filesMonthly Accruals management (for open US/CA freight invoices)Prepare monthly calculation Detention & Demurrage for US/CA

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Controlling or Business Administration, or relatedProficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Strong analytical, communication and presentation skillsKnowledgeable in MS office suitePreferably with experience in process improvementsLeadership experience not requiredExperience with working with international teams requiredGood customer relationship
