Now Hiring Logistics Tariff Coordinator Airport Area

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Occasional late hours and rare weekends)

We are seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish), well-spoken, and outgoing individual to join our logistics team as a Logistics Tariff Coordinator. This is a key office-based position responsible for coordinating the movement of freight—both domestically and internationally.

 

Coordinate shipments of materials and finished goods across domestic and international markets

Prepare and manage required documentation to ensure compliance with shipping regulations

Process special shipments to ensure accurate documentation, tracking, and timely delivery

Create invoices for both domestic and international shipments

Monitor transportation providers to ensure timely performance

Interact professionally with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and domestic carriers

Generate and interpret traffic and transportation reports

 

This is a full-time, day-shift office position.
Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

 

 

? Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

? Strong communication skills – professional, clear, and outgoing

? Previous experience in logistics, international shipping, or freight coordination preferred

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software is a plus

? Ability to work occasional late hours and rare weekends as needed
