What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

Assist Pfizer in executing logistics activities, including shipping, receiving, packing, storage, and distribution of products, samples, and promotional materials to both domestic and international locations.Provide customer service.Act as a logistics facilitator to synchronize all aspects of the distribution process, meeting customer requirements and time constraints.Develop skills in team effectiveness and communication, contributing to team goals.Manage personal time and professional development, being accountable for results.Execute routine tasks by following prescribed steps within agreed timeframes.Identify and address issues in routine processes.Gain in-depth knowledge of work processes and business within your area.Solve routine problems using skills and knowledge, seeking help when needed.Complete assignments under close supervision, adhering to guidelines and procedures.Ensure work is reviewed for accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards.Learn and adhere to Pfizer standards, guidelines, and values.Hold oneself accountable for maintaining high standards and values.

High School Diploma or GED along with any years of experienceBasic knowledge of computer programs such as Outlook, Word, and ExcelCognitive and math skills for processing product ordersAbility to define and explain opportunities for improvementIdentify and report safety concernsUnderstanding of System Application & Products area-specific functionsAbility to work safely while performing daily tasks

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Normal Indoor/Mfg/Main/Production Warehouse. Long hours spent standing and walking on concrete on the Warehouse floor or sitting are required. Sometimes additional hours are required as the business levels dictate. These may include evenings and weekends on occasion. Some lifting of packages of up to 40 lbs may be required.

The salary for this position ranges from $15.20 to $25.33 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
