C.H. Robinson is seeking a Logistics Associate to support assigned team with operational tasks within the C.H. Robinson Transportation Management System, general account maintenance and any additional structured work assignments required. Responsibilities:The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Ensure Transportation arrangements are made for shipments by the following:Providing timely and professional written and verbal responses to customer requestsBooking transportation loads in the Transportation Management SystemMonitoring team mailboxesResolving simple exceptions to any pre-defined processesScheduling delivery appointments with receiversMaking any necessary changes as requested by the customer within the Transportation Management SystemManual building and creating new Transportation loads within the Transportation Management SystemConduct systems trainings to external partiesFollow standard operating procedures and update when gaps are identifiedRun, format, or distribute any reports to the appropriate internal or external partiesContribute to projects that utilize the C.H.Robinson project-based delivery modelOther duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirementsRequired Qualifications:Required:
High School Diploma and/or GEDAbility to work flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requestedSite Specific: Fluent in English and the primary language of the applicable regionPreferred Qualifications:Preferred:
