Logistics Associate

We’re hiring! We’re looking for a Logistics Associate to join our team in São Paulo. This role is responsible for coordinating transportation arrangements, supporting customers, resolving exceptions, and ensuring smooth logistics operations. Fluency in Spanish is mandatory to effectively operate in a multicultural and dynamic environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

Ensure Transportation arrangements are made for shipments by the following:Providing timely and professional written and verbal responses to customer requestsBooking transportation loads in the Transportation Management SystemMonitoring team mailboxesResolving simple exceptions to any pre-defined processesScheduling delivery appointments with receiversMaking any necessary changes as requested by the customer within the Transportation Management SystemManual building and creating new Transportation loads within the Transportation Management SystemConduct systems trainings to external partiesFollow standard operating procedures and update when gaps are identifiedRun, format, or distribute any reports to the appropriate internal or external partiesContribute to projects that utilize the CHR project-based delivery modelOther duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

High School Diploma and/or GEDAbility to work flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requestedFluent in Spanish

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or universityPrior experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or LogisticsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programsSolid understanding of Information systemsFriendly and articulate phone demeanorStrong verbal and written communication skillsDetail orientedAble to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAbility to problem solve quickly and accuratelyAbility to prioritize and handle a variety of tasksAbility to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organizationValues a diverse and inclusive work environment
