This facility will offer 1,200 local new jobs and will be the first health manufacturing facility in Querétaro (pioneers for healthcare Hub).

**The Opportunity**
Coordinates the flow of materials from the supplier to the manufacturing plant. Key elements of the supply chain must be considered, such as transportation agreements, prices, and timing, as well as supporting import and export processes based on the defined Incoterms. The transportation analyst must promptly monitor shipments and process payment for invoices related to logistics services.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Maintain up-to-date information on negotiated international freight rates and report on changes. Prepare reports showingfreight costs for specific projects and movements.
+ Provide decision-makers with accurate information for shipment management regarding pricing and delivery service.
+ Complete and update department KPIs monthly.
+ Track shipments in transit from origin to destination. Resolve issues related to transportation and logistics systems.
+ Manage shipping documentation for the Import/Export process in Mexico (commercial invoice, packing list, certificates, customs declarations, air waybill).
+ Assist in managing and processing safety regulations and handling dangerous goods.
+ Keep track of freight charges and deviations to communicate the impact on the company's financial results.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field (Logistics, Engineering, or similar).
+ 2 years of experience in logistics execution, preferably handling operations between Mexico and the United States (ground or air transportation), including permits and INBOND processes.
+ Strong knowledge of Incoterms.
+ Advanced English proficiency (minimum 90% conversational; non‑negotiable).
+ Experience handling hazardous, medical, and pharmaceutical products (with strict compliance and special care).
+ Experience in rate and tariff negotiation.
+ Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.
+ Knowledge of regulations and compliance for both domestic and international shipments.
+ Experience managing documentation for import processes.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
+ Knowledge of multimodal transportation systems (50% ground, 50% air).
+ ERP experience focused on logistics
