LOGISTICS ANALYST II At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. **Job Overview** TE Connectivity's Distribution & Logistics Teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements or internal business objectives. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. They also focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis. **What your background should look like:** 1 Position Specific Characteristics Segment Corporate Business Unit CORP 2 Job Scope Main Target Summary Providing support on projects, FAP reports, process optimization and freight analysis Tasks Summary & Responsibilities  Process freight invoices for payment. Investigating and resolving freight invoices that are on hold for review.  Ensure transportation carriers are paid within established payment terms.  Audit rates and freight invoices for accuracy. Ensure systems are updated with missing and incorrect information.  Interface with transportation providers and TE Transportation Associates to resolve invoice discrepancies and communicate payment details.  Support all financial audit request related to internal and external audit of freight payments.  Initiate & drive process improvements by standardizing & defining the process.  Be responsible for FAP data summary, work on freight data analysis for freight saving, explore potential factors that caused freight fluctuation etc. Finally drive FAP data visualized, informatized & digitalized.  Collect data of different reports of FAP including carrier’s tracking report/SOA, reports downloaded from SAP, rate card, etc. Verify & Optimize data source to have FAP process automated.  Support on FAP team’s other queries to achieve data automation by tools & platforms such as SAP dummy printer, VBA, Python, RPA & Power BI.  Initiate & drive projects and assist manager with other KPI projects.  Train related colleague to help team understanding report tools & methods. 3 Requirements for a typical Job Holder / Applicant (not the actual incumbent at TE) Educational Degree  Bachelor’s Degree in information technology major Professional Experience (in what processes and function)  3-5 years relevant experience in logistics or accounting related activities in product/manufacturing/ Shared Services  Knowledge of accounts payable functions and procedures  Expertise on advanced excel/VBA/Power BI/Python & other Microsoft tools Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills  Experience in SAP Module & project management.  Familiarity with electronic invoicing  Prior experience with transportation / logistics software a plus  Strong Documenting knowledge backed up with analytical skills  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  Language requirement: English **Competencies** Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork Location: SUZHOU, JS, CN, 215028 City: SUZHOU State: JS Country/Region: CN Travel: None Requisition ID: 137938 Alternative Locations: Function: Logistics TE Connectivity and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and operating units (collectively, the "Company") is committed to providing a work environment that prohibits discrimination on the basis of age, color, disability, ethnicity, marital status, national origin, race, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability or any other characteristics protected by applicable law or regulation.
