**Job Description** Assists with the efficient flow of goods and information between points of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. Ensures that customer service and objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives. Ensures the execution, tasking and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes. Submits MILSTRIP and P-Card quotes on behalf of customer. Integrates learning from customers, competitors and professional training to continuously improve competitive position. Works with leadership and customer to ensure efficient and timely materiel flow(s). Roles and Responsibilities + Function as team member to meet tasking objectives and coordinate schedules and contract deliverables. + Provide logistics support to keep all on-site and off-site test equipment operational and available for use by the Aegis Combat System (ACS) Developer + Liaison between US Government personnel (AEGIS TECHREP) and BAE Systems Inc. personnel + Assists team lead with material procurement via MILSTRIP requisition for the USN fleet and/or the Shipyards and Ad-Hoc customer requests i.e. data/metrics articulation + Researching material availability to fill urgent site and/or fleet requests and ad hoc inquiries from AEGIS TECHREP + Research, generate and provide customers with purchase card quotes using approved supply chain vendors and policies. + Author and maintain detailed trackersviaDatabase Management (MS Excel) and/or PowerBI + Assists with material shipment and receiving coordination. + Reviews and analyzes material stock levels/inventory and supporting special projects + Attends weekly status meetings and generates reports for leadership team + Works with junior and senior team members to refine material procurement process, communicate customer needs/requirements and screen for availability through authorized sources of supply + Prepares and contributes reports and presentations for AEGIS TECHREP customer and/or BAE Systems leadership + Regularly engages with customer(s) via team meetings, data calls, and process improvement. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** Associates Degree and 5 years relevant work exerpience OR Bachelor's Degree and 2 years relevant work experience Active Secret Clearance **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** Bachelor s Degree and 2 years work experience Military Experience in Logistics, Supply Support, Procurement, MILSTRIP, Government P-Card or equivalent experience is desired. AEGIS familiarity, Intermediate MILSTRIP experience, Trouble Failure Report (TFR) support MS Office Suite (Excel proficiency is desired) **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $66084 - $112343 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
