We are seeking a motivated and analytical Entry Level Supply Chain Analyst or Graduate Trainee to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on providing data-driven insights for upstream supply chain within our supply chain organization. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or early career professional with a passion for supply chain management and a keen interest in developing talent and skills frameworks
Upstream Analytics Dashboard
Develop various dashboards for Upstream Supply Chain Provide data-driven insights to BU Planners / Buyers, highlighting Service / Cash / Cost saving opportunities Support the Planning team on upstream data analysis from time to timeMaterial Master Data
Help deep-dive into master data issues and collaborate with BUs to fix them Keep track of master data standards and report usage monitoring Support the central KPI team with monthly reports on the material master dataUpstream Supply Chain scorecard
Conduct data accuracy gap analyses to identify data gaps across the BU for various KPI’ Assist in developing scorecarding tools and methodologies Analyse assessment results and provide insights to managementTech Development
Contribute to the creation of multi-way data exchange projects led by TEIS Assist in identifying relevant Upstream analytics & insights training Track and report on training effectiveness and completion ratesCompetency
Assist in aligning KPI competencies with business objectives and integrating them into various reports Assist in identifying top performers across different BU’s, supported with progress trend charts Support the implementation of competency-based performance evaluations What your background should look like: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field 5-7 years of experience in supply chain or a related field (internships and co-op experiences are valuable) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Keen interest in talent development and skills management Familiarity with supply chain processes and terminology Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau Understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologiesKEY COMPETENCIES
