Job Description
We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to support production operations by coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to established schedules. This role involves reviewing and distributing production and shipment schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and compiling cost reports to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
+ Examine documents, materials, and products to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.
+ Review production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine material and personnel requirements and set priorities.
+ Record production data, including output volumes, raw material usage, and quality control measures.
+ Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies to meet production demands.

Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED required; additional education in supply chain or logistics preferred.
+ 0–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service.
Work Environment
This position operates in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and requires proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Regular interaction with multiple departments is essential to ensure timely and accurate logistics coordination.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This is a Permanent position based out of Peoria, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
