Coordinate airfreight of critical parts for priority orders as per the procedures in a timely manner. Process the Premium freight order and payment process to the freight forwarders Identify appropriate solutions for individual premium freight requests and liaise with SCM/carrier for quick delivery.  Establish Lead-Time Performance Reporting & Monitoring tool incl. dispute process. Ocean Container Management incl. time window management based on FIFO Monitoring the material flow and tracking delayed ASN/manifest in consolidation point (COP) and following up with COP for on-time movement to the Material synchronization center (MSC) and to the final receiving location.  Demurrage tracking/Analysis and dispute process for Sea containers & Trailers Coordinate with supply chain team and Initiate Lane setup activity for new suppliers (Import).
