**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be** :
+ Coordinate daily export activities and act as the main point of contact with customs brokers
+ Maintain and develop relationships with carriers and customs brokers
+ Coordinate logistics activities for air, road, and sea transportation of goods
+ Monitor, verify, and optimize transport orders, setting priorities based on delivery deadlines and informing stakeholders on delivery status
+ Act as an internal reference for export delivery activities, including related transport
+ Work closely with customer order administrators, shipping responsible and customer relationship managers
+ Ensure all transactions are monitored, properly recorded, and archived in line with international trade rules, company policies, and procedures
+ Apply general knowledge of international trade regulations and adheres to established policies and processes
+ Resolve issues related to customs documentation and escalates trade-related questions to the International Trade responsible (ITC Gatekeeper) when needed
+ Ensure compliance with Emerson regulations, local policies, and applicable US, EU, and Romanian legislation

**For This Role, You Will Need** :
+ Secondary or higher education.
+ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word/Excel/Power Point) and general computer use.
+ Good communication skills in English.
+ Basic knowledge of commercial transactions.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart** :
+ Knowledge/previous experience in working with customs and organizing transportation (advantage).
