Minimum requirements:
Matric  Syspro experience (advantageous) Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Ability to think independently and make key daily decisions that can significantly impact the business (costs, logistics strategy, etc.) Hardworking, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure Minimum of 2–3 years in a similar logistics/dispatch administrative role Must be comfortable taking accountability for daily operational decisions impacting delivery schedules and company efficiency Knowledge of delivery cost tracking, driver scheduling, and POD scanning processes Experience in order processing, fleet coordination, and customer service is essential
