Logistics Account Manager Details:

Direct Hire position$50,000.00 to $60,000.00 /annuallyFirst ShiftManage relationships with 5-10 accounts, handling diverse customer needs including promotional products, clothing, sporting goods, plumbing supplies, and trade show booths.Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment by directing warehouse operations, including overseeing pickers and packers.Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are correctly stocked and organized.Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and ensure orders are processed correctly.Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and reporting any discrepancies to customers.Coordinate shipping logistics, managing both individual orders and bulk shipments to retailers.Maintain a proactive approach to customer service, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.Utilize company systems and software to track orders, manage accounts, and generate reports as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, logistics, and finance to meet customer needs.Contribute to company growth initiatives through proactive customer engagement and relationship management.

Logistics Account Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. OR a mix of education and experience 2+ years of experience in account management or customer service role, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP or CRM systems preferred.
