Responsibilities The Opportunity This role is responsible for managing and keeping a geo-location platform up to date, providing both technical and functional support to users. Its main objective is to ensure a proper flow of information, generate reports that add value to the business, and provide timely solutions to incidents or requests related to data. Your Impact As a LD&T Analyst your functions would consist of: Unit behavior metrics identification. Generate measurement indicators required by the business. Creation of fleet behavior Analysis Reports. Fleet data management on the Geo-location platform. Validation of GPS device operation and its accessories. Incident tracking. Customer service Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Technical knowledge in business administration / informatics, Industrial Engineering or similar Experience At least 1 year of experience in Geo-location platforms (preferably) Intermediate or advanced knowledge in Excel Basic or intermediate knowledge in Power-bi Communication and customer services skills required. Analysis capacity for data validation and interpretation. Must be familiar with time-tracking tools and request/task assignment platforms. High tolerance to continuous change and work under pressure.
