Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities
Logistics Planning and Optimization:
Take primary responsibility for planning, coordinating, and arranging logistics (car booking, Taxi, Grab, Auditor’ car,. etc.) for the audit team's business trips. Analyze schedules and develop plans to optimize travel routes, ensuring efficiency and car rental cost savings. Proactively source and negotiate with transportation service providers to secure the best rates and terms, aiming to enhance cost-effectiveness. Ensure that the transportation terms stipulated in the signed contracts are executed in accordance with actual practice Perform as requested by Manager.Job Qualifications
College/ Bachelor’s degree in English, or Business Admin or similar Good command in logistics coordination, route planning, or transportation management is a strong advantage. Good command in office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ...) Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English is preferred Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character
